1. What is a Zip and Go Belt?

 A spandex zipper on, ath-leisure belt with two zippered pockets to carry your essentials stylishly and securely!

2. What's the difference between a Zip and Go Belt and The Original Anti Fanny Pack? The biggest difference is the Zip and Go Belts pockets -one 180°  back pocket & one 8" Water Resistant front pocket) compared to the Original Anti Fanny Pack two seven inch pockets. Both belts are made with the same fabrics and both are machine washable.

3.  What are the sizes? 

Our patented zipper on design makes the belts the most user friendly of all activewear belts! Our zipper on design, coupled with our wide range of sizes from XS to 3X/4X, makes Zip and Go Belts great for all body shapes, sizes, and physical abilities.

4. Why is this site called Zip And Go Belts and the product is called Fusionbelts?

Great question! I'm an independent Affiliate for Fusionbelts! So to be sure we don't have any confusion with corporate my site is called My FusionBelts (Zip and Go Belts). I have my own inventory! I ship all orders placed through my site! Any and all questions related to this site should be directed to me.

5. What are the belts made of?

 The belts are made from a brushed poly-spandex mix so it stays in place and does not ride up. More grip, less slip!

6. Are the pockets large enough to hold my big phone?

Our two large pockets can hold cell phones, water bottles, keys, wallets, IDs, cash, credit cards, and much more! Zip and Go Belts have a 180°, zippered back pocket and an 8" front pocket with a water resistant lining.

7. What's the return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please send email to sales@justzipandgo.com.  If you purchase an original Anti-Fanny pack it's EXCHANGE ONLY. 

8. How do I become an affiliate or order wholesale?

9. What brand of T-shirts do you use?
We use gildan and Bella + Canvas tshirts. Bella shirts tend to run a size small so we recommend ordering one size up. Sometimes our distributor may be out of stock of a certain shirt so we will use a substitute that is very similar.
 
10. What sizes do you carry?
We carry small-3xlarge but it depends on the shirt style and supplier availability.
11. What printing methods do you use for your apparel?
We utilize screen-printing, vinyl, glitter vinyl, sublimation, direct to garment and white toner printing methods. We will select the best printing method for your order based on the garment and quantity.
12. Are there specific care instructions for your apparel?
Turn shirt inside out. Machine wash warm/cold. Please NO bleach or fabric softener.  Tumble dry or hang to dry. Please DO NOT iron design. Turn shirt inside out to iron.
13. What's your turnaround/processing time? 
PROCESSING TIME is the time it will take us to create, by hand, your unique item. All orders are made, not pre-made. The day the order is placed is day 0. The next business day is day 1.

T-shirts and apparel- 4-5 business days
Custom Gift and Accessories 5-7 business days
Masks- 3-5 business days
Bulk orders on any item- 7-10 business days
 

Returns/Exchanges:
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Personalized items with names or custom wording and gift cards are exempt from being returned/exchanged

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your exchange, please email us at sales@bblavish.com with your order number and name. We will send you instructions on how to send your order back for an exchange.

You may not be granted an exchange if:

  • Any item is not in its original condition.
  • If the item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.


If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will process your new order within 3-5 business days.

We only replace items if they are not defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bblavish.com or for immediately assistance call (508) 538-1900.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7253 Watson Rd PMB 1235, Saint Louis, MO 63119

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the error was not on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Errors on our Part:

If an error was made on our part we will remake the item and ship it to you free of charge. We will also send you a return label to return the incorrect item.
